Starter Memory & Skill #01

Memory: Okuribi. (Neutral-Significant)
Game: N/A (Starter)

Video of the whole memory.

Summary: The Sky Pirates hold a ceremony after tons of shit goes down and lots of people die in light of the Exile being summoned down to Earth and destroying Turan's capital of Iglasia. Pretty much everyone in the base goes to this ceremony, including women and children. They burn the remains of the battleship Lasas that can't be salvaged or used for any sort of scrap (the Sky Pirates technically owned the ship anyway, but they salvage and scrap what they can for a living), toss flowers in as a sign of respect. But most importantly, they set hundreds tiny little lit candles on balloons up into the sky. "May the lost souls safely return to the sky. Orakai Dottetai. Live this with this ship in the sky. We are obligated to live in the sky. May the wind be at your back. Those who fly through the sky, may the wind be at your back." Dio in the memory is hanging out with the childrens like a good big bro type.

What it does:
- Kind of somber only thing to remember! Dio's mindset was kind of eh, though he was focusing more on the ceremony than anything. But there is the knowledge there that there is war happening where he came from.

- He likes the Sky Pirates and the ceremony and how appreciative it is to honor the people who died like that. So despite it being a kind of sad memory, there was also a nice cushion of comfort there being with them all.

- He didn't feel like he personally knew many if any of the people they were honoring? Not that he felt detached from it, he still felt sad. So he focused more on hanging around the children to make sure they wouldn't be too sad.

- Level up in being good with childrens!

Skill: Basic martial arts
Game: Day 1

Nothing too big for this one! Dio knows how to throw a few punches and some well-timed kicks. But he doesn't have his Guild enhancements so they're pretty standard. He's also a liiiiiiiiittle more athletic overall as a result of this.
